Senior Business Analyst. Duration: 2-year contract beginning July 20, 2026. This is a full-time position (37.5 hours/week) with a hybrid work model, requiring 4 days in office per month (in Ottawa) and occasional overtime during non-standard business hours. Candidates must hold a valid Secret security clearance.

• Tasks and services involve supporting production readiness, go-live planning, and operational transition activities for a major financial system implementation.
• Collaborate with business and QA stakeholders to validate business scenarios, operational workflows, and testing outcomes, while coordinating issue resolution, operational readiness activities, and deployment support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support integration testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and end-to-end validation, along with developing and maintaining operational documentation, including SOPs, runbooks, process flows, support procedures, and user guidance materials.
• Act as a key liaison between business, technical, QA, and operational support teams to ensure successful implementation and stabilization, requiring exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder coordination skills.

• University degree or college diploma in Computer Science or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of recent experience supporting production readiness and operational transition activities for technology solutions.
• Qualified certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, or other relevant Business Analysis designations will be considered strong assets.
