As a Test Quality Lead for a significant banking system replacement, you will drive the testing strategy and ensure quality standards are met. Candidates with over 10 years of experience in testing leadership are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
• Craft and implement strategic test plans
• Oversee comprehensive system testing and validation
• Direct defect management and resolution processes
• Ensure UAT covers all critical workflows
• Manage ongoing reporting and readiness assessments
Requirements:
• Minimum 10 years in quality assurance and testing
• Proven leadership in complex digital transformations
• Familiarity with high-availability system environments
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall practices
• Excellent communication and performance oversight skills
