Technology Manager at Babcock

As a Technology Manager, you will be essential to the Canadian Engineering and Technology Management team while also linking with Babcock’s Global Technology Team. Responsibilities include managing technology projects, developing business cases, and engaging with Small-to-Medium Businesses to support global strategies. This role requires a strong understanding of project management methodologies and the technology landscape across multiple sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage delivery of technology projects with agile methods

• Research technology trends impacting Babcock operations

• Develop relationships with SMBs for strategic collaboration

• Conduct technical analysis and vendor selection

• Participate in cross-functional teams for product development
Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Engineering

• 10 years of management experience with executives

• 5 years in project management for R&D or engineering

• Knowledge of the Canadian ITB Program

• Eligible for Canadian Secret Security clearance
