Network Engineer

About Position

• Job Type: Full Time Employment

Network L2 Engineer to handle day-to-day IT and network operations and provide advanced troubleshooting support for the Charles Schwab ODC environment.

• Manage and monitor network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi, Firewalls, Switches)
• Troubleshoot L2 network issues (routing, switching, DNS, DHCP)
• Support network upgrades, changes, and incident resolution
• Ensure secure connectivity and compliance with client (BFSI) standards
• Coordinate with L3 teams/vendors for issue resolution

• Strong experience in Cisco networking (Switching, VLAN, STP)
• Hands‑on with Firewalls (Palo Alto preferred)
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN
• Experience with ITSM tools (Service Now or similar)

• BFSI domain experience (Schwab or similar)
• Certifications:
  
  CCNA/CCNP

• Good communication and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to handle high‑priority incidents and work in shifts
