Join the CFMWS team as a Client Relationship Leader, managing the CRM system and mentoring a team, while working in a hybrid environment.
In this role at Canadian Forces Morale and Welfare Services, you will support a large user base by managing the CRM system’s performance and user experience. Your technical proficiency paired with relationship management will allow you to lead five coordinators effectively. By enhancing communication and service delivery, you will ensure the system meets various organizational needs with an emphasis on improving operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as lead for the CRM system supporting users
• Directly mentor and manage a team of five
• Maintain system consistency and performance metrics
• Work with stakeholders for effective data solutions
• Drive continuous improvements based on user feedback
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Experience in data analysis and project coordination
• Strong skills in change management and documentation
• Contract negotiation experience
• Bilingual in English and French is beneficial
