As a Senior Technical Expert, you will be the key point of escalation for complex technical issues within Canadian Critical National Infrastructure. You will lead urgent customer issue resolution, act as a mentor for Technical Consulting Engineers, and drive major improvements in Cisco’s product direction. Your experience with Cisco Security technologies will ensure efficient network operations and ultimate customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead third-tier troubleshooting for network protocols
• Manage urgent customer situations and outages effectively
• Provide actionable feedback to Cisco's Engineering team
• Develop AI tools and technical documentation for services
• Mentor Technical Consulting Engineers and promote knowledge sharing
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree with over 10 years in technical consulting
• Expertise in troubleshooting Cisco Security technologies
• Expert-level certification like CCIE or equivalent
• Experience in managing high-impact escalations
• Proven skills in technical documentation and training
