In this high-impact role, you will collaborate closely with Large Enterprise and Government clients, providing 2nd and 3rd Tier consultation for complex network systems. Your expertise will bridge internal departments, helping produce user documentation and diagnostic tools that enhance support. This position requires Canadian citizenship or permanent residency, emphasizing security and technical excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Debug complex network topologies in enterprise environments
• Collaborate with engineering to create user documentation
• Author detailed bug reports and functional specifications
• Develop lab environments for customer scenario simulations
• Mentor team members on technical tools and practices
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of experience
• Proficiency in Cisco Data Center and ACI environments
• Experience with Layer 2 overlays and security features
• Strong knowledge of IP internetworking and switching protocols
• Ability to obtain Canadian Government Security Clearance
