Your Responsibilities- You’ll lead project planning activities, defining scope, timelines, budgets, and key deliverables
- In this role, you’ll coordinate cross‑functional teams, ensuring alignment on milestones and objectives
- You’ll monitor project progress, proactively identifying risks and recommending solutions to keep initiatives on track
- You’ll manage project budgets and resources, escalating issues and providing regular updates to leadership
- You’ll facilitate project meetings, communicate updates, and ensure all stakeholders remain informed
- You’ll support project close‑out activities, capturing insights, reporting on KPIs, and contributing to continuous improvement
- 6+ years of experience as a Project Manager, supported by a PMP certification and relevant undergraduate degree
- Proven experience applying project management methodologies and best practices
- Strong proficiency with MS Project or similar project management tools
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong problem‑solving abilities with a proactive and solutions‑oriented mindset
- Experience in research or healthcare environments is considered an asset
