Zoom Administrator in IT Support

In this full-time role, you will serve as the subject matter expert for Zoom, leading its configuration and integration within the organization. You will also handle day-to-day Helpdesk operations, providing essential support to staff and ensuring a smooth user experience. Your impact will be felt across teams as you manage and improve unified communications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the escalation point for Zoom and Teams
• Lead configuration and integration of Zoom features
• Offer daily Helpdesk support for IT issues
• Manage Entra user access security
• Conduct end-user training on collaboration technology
Requirements:
• 2+ years of hands-on Zoom administration expertise
• 3–5 years in IT operations support
• Familiarity with network environments and user access management
• Strong understanding of unified communications
• Proven ability to resolve hardware/software issues
