In this role, you'll focus on leveraging your development experience of at least five years in ITSM and ITOM modules. Work closely with stakeholders to identify specific business requirements, providing ongoing technical support and mentoring your colleagues in best practices. Your contributions will play a pivotal role in optimizing workflows, improving processes, and driving operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design solutions using Service Now tailored to business processes
• Collaborate with teams on requirement gathering and analysis
• Implement workflows, forms, and ITOM-related configurations
• Assist in user acceptance testing and data transport
• Create and maintain performance dashboards and reports
Requirements:
• Minimum five years as a software developer
• Proficiency in Service Now administration and configuration
• Knowledge of Discovery and Event Management principles
• Exceptional analytical and communication skills
• Canadian citizenship and Top Secret Clearance required
