With a strong background in helpdesk roles—minimum three years—you'll manage user accounts, assist with deployments, and monitor systems for alerts. Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary support for technical inquiries
• Manage user accounts across enterprise platforms
• Deploy and maintain IT devices and applications
• Ensure compliance with software deployment standards
• Document support requests in the ticketing system
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in an IT field or equivalent
• 3+ years experience in an IT support or Helpdesk role
• Understanding of operating systems and backup solutions
