At PwC, you will engage as a Workday consulting generalist, focusing on requirements gathering and integration builds. Collaborating with clients, you’ll analyze needs and implement tailored software solutions. Training clients and facilitating knowledge transfer are key aspects of this role, ensuring they maximize their use of the Workday system.
Key Responsibilities:
• Gather and analyze clients’ integration requirements
• Build integrations using Workday Connectors and Studio
• Conduct testing with customers and internal teams
• Facilitate training and knowledge transfer workshops
• Identify and suggest improvements during projects
Requirements:
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with Workday tools and frameworks
• Strong analytical and detail-oriented capabilities
• Background in HR, Finance, or technology
• Experience with cloud platforms and ERP systems
