As a key member of the Technological Leadership Team, you will report to the CPTO and own the architectural strategy for Petal's core software solutions.
Your role involves balancing high-level strategic oversight with hands-on technical responsibility while creating interdisciplinary partnerships to align technology with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own and evolve technical vision across product lines
• Establish enterprise-wide architecture and technical standards
• Implement scalable solutions to ensure system coherence
• Partner with stakeholders for informed technology decisions
• Anticipate and address technical risks proactively
Requirements:
• 10-15+ years in software development/architecture roles
• Experienced in SaaS with a focus on large-scale implementations
• Deep knowledge of enterprise architecture and integration
• Strong business acumen and strategic communication skills
• A track record of influencing executive-level roadmaps
