We are looking for a Senior Consultant, Data Science & ML Engineering who is passionate about driving data‑driven solutions for clients across multiple industries.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and guide them toward building AI and Machine Learning solutions that deliver short‑term wins and identify long‑term opportunities for managed data science services.
- Build and deliver the roadmap to develop and implement AI/ML products with a team of data scientists, data engineers, and business‑focused product owners.
- Build, validate, deploy, monitor, and provide MLOps support for a set of AI/ML models and services for both internal POCs and client production initiatives.
- Leverage commercial and open‑source AI, Machine Learning, Big Data ecosystem tools, BI, visualization, and discovery tools to deliver advanced models and other Data Science solutions.
- Guide clients in selecting the Generative AI models and related services suitable for their needs.
- Assist with AI governance topics such as data residency, PII handling, and compliance with security, privacy, and data governance requirements.
- Proactively monitor and tune AI/ML model performance, manage champion/challenger models, and ensure optimal performance and resource utilization.
- Ensure all AI/ML models are properly packaged and documented for deployment and participate in client training and knowledge transfer as required.
- Leverage continuous integration, continuous deployment, and agile and Dev Ops tools such as Git, Jira, and Jenkins to deliver and support advanced Data Science and Big Data solutions.
- A Master’s degree in AI, Machine Learning, Statistics, Economics/Econometrics, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
- 3+ years of extensive experience building and deploying end‑to‑end data science and analytics solutions in various industries with strong business acumen.
- Proficiency in the Predictive Modeling Lifecycle and best practices for feature engineering, model development, tuning, validation, packaging, and performance monitoring.
- Data Scientist certification, including Hadoop, Spark or equivalent production experience.
- Experience with open‑source AI/ML tools—R, Python, Spark—and working with notebooks (Zeppelin, Jupyter) and data science workbenches (Azure, DSX).
- Experience with Spark‑based machine learning, including Spark SQL, MLlib, Graph
X. - Experience with agentic AI solution deployments.
- Data Science/AI certification on major platforms.
- Experience with deep learning on CPUs and GPUs (ANN, CNN, RNN, PyTorch, Tensor Flow/Keras, MXNet).
