Key Responsibilities:
• Design and launch personalized experiences using Adobe Target
• Analyze audience behavior and segment performance data
• Transform data insights into actionable personalization strategies
• Manage and evaluate multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Collaborate with teams and external partners for accurate reporting
Requirements:
• 3+ years with Adobe Target or similar tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
• Strong analytical and A/B testing skills
• Proficiency in web optimization tactics
• Ability to work cross-functionally effectively
