• Secret clearance (Level II) REQUIRED
• Must:

Location:

Ottawa, ON

• 60 months supporting:
• Electronic Record Keeping Systems (ERKS)
• ITSM-type functions
• Must be within last 120 months

• 48 months experience (within last 60 months) in:
• SAP Solution Manager
• SAP Workforce Management

• Act as primary support for DRMIS users
• Monitor user needs and system usage
• Support SAP/DRMIS process improvements

• Manage and monitor user profiles and permissions
• Support account provisioning / changes
• Ensure alignment with DND security policies

• Analyze:
• workflows
• decision flows
• functional requirements
• Identify areas for improvement in:
• ERP processes
• operational workflows

• Maintain documentation in:
• RDIMS / eDOCS
• Support:
• data governance structures
• procedural documentation
• Work within quality frameworks (AS9100 / AF9000)

• Provide operational advice to business users
• Support:
• RCAF organizations
• cross-functional stakeholder collaboration
• Work with:
• military members
• public servants
• other contractors

• Evaluate procedures and recommend changes
• Ensure alignment with DND standards and IT policies
• Perform general duties tied to TBIPS Operations Support category

Candidates score higher if they have:

• Experience in defence aviation / maintenance environments
• SAP experience in:
• roles & authorization structures
• account management
• Exposure to:
• RDIMS / GC Docs
• MS collaboration tools
• SAP GRC (optional)
