As a key player in the Customer Support team, this position requires a seasoned professional in Support Enablement or Instructional Design with over three years of relevant experience. You will develop training deliverables, build templates, consult cross-functionally, and integrate innovative AI solutions to enhance learning experiences. Additionally, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that our teams are well-equipped to deliver exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop training deliverables for support platforms
• Apply diverse learning modalities for maximum impact
• Create modular templates for eLearning courses
• Collaborate with stakeholders to assess learning needs
• Maintain LMS course library with up-to-date content
Requirements:
• 3+ years in Support Enablement or similar roles
• Strong communication and instructional design skills
• E-learning solution development experience
• Familiarity with learning management systems
• Knowledge of key design concepts and accessibility standards
