Join HPE’s team as a Technical Support Specialist, specializing in Security products. Deliver Tier 3 support while troubleshooting and resolving complex network issues for various customer segments.
As a key player in the HPE Technical Assistance Center, you will provide support to VARs, distributors, and end users. This role demands strong TCP/IP knowledge and the ability to analyze intricate routing protocols. You'll document network problems, represent customer interests, and assist in on-site support as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Offer Tier 3 technical support via various channels
• Document customer network issues and resolutions
• Represent customer needs in internal discussions
• Conduct thorough case reviews for quality assurance
• Provide on-site support to end users as required
Requirements:
• Relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
• 2-4 years networking experience preferred
• Proficient in TCP/IP and routing protocols
• Understanding of security technologies and high availability
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
