Junior Bilingual Service Desk Analyst

The Analyst will work on a two-year contract, assisting with the deployment of Windows 11 laptops and managing user data transfers. You’ll prepare and deploy equipment using Microsoft Managed Desktop standards while ensuring compliance with security protocols. This position allows for both onsite and remote user support during the deployment process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support Windows 11 laptop ever greening initiatives
• Prepare and deploy devices with Microsoft Managed Desktop
• Unbox and set up laptops and peripherals at locations
• Safely back up and transfer user data and profiles
• Record asset information in inventory systems
Requirements:
• Relevant experience in an IT service desk environment
• Strong communication skills in English and French
• Familiarity with Windows deployment processes
• Knowledge of security and compliance standards
• Ability to provide user support and troubleshooting
