In this long-term contract role, you’ll coordinate the analyst team while managing workload and aligning with the Legal, P&C / SSC Solutions Portfolio. With a crucial emphasis on agile leadership, you will oversee the solution lifecycle, ensuring that enhancements align with broader corporate initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Guide and coach analyst team members for high-quality outputs
• Manage team workload, priorities, and support Scrum Master
• Ensure strategic alignment of Service Now solutions with portfolio
• Participate in scrum ceremonies to prioritize business needs
• Lead complex requirements gathering and solution design
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in relevant fields
• 5+ years as a Business/Solutions Analyst
• 3+ years with Service Now administration
• Strong knowledge of ITSM and system integration principles
• Bilingual in English and French, excellent communication skills
