As a Service Now Project Manager, you will oversee technical project delivery, ensuring projects align with organizational goals. Your expertise in Agile methodologies and Service Now implementation will be vital in managing project scope, timelines, and budgets. This position will require collaboration across various teams to meet client needs and project objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end project management for Service Now implementations
• Facilitate Agile project delivery, including sprint planning
• Develop detailed project plans and manage resources
• Act as the main contact between clients and engineering teams
• Communicate project status and risks to stakeholders
Requirements:
• 5+ years in technical project delivery
• Experience with Service Now ITSM/ITOM/ITAM projects
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field required
• PMP or Agile certifications preferred
