Position: Senior Program Manager at Kinaxis
Lead innovative software programs with Kinaxis as a Senior Program Manager in Ottawa or Toronto, Canada.

Your role focuses on cross-functional teamwork and driving execution excellence in hybrid or remote settings.
In the Product Delivery & Execution team, you will manage complex enterprise software programs, particularly platform initiatives. Collaborate closely with Product Management and Engineering to translate strategic goals into actionable plans. Your expertise will ensure alignment, accountability, and successful delivery outcomes across multiple teams and projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop end-to-end execution plans for software programs

• Partner with teams to translate strategy into actionable plans

• Manage timelines, dependencies, and risks effectively

• Track metrics related to platform capabilities and delivery health

• Identify blockers and drive resolution proactively
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field

• 10+ years in program management, preferably SaaS

• Strong understanding of cross-functional dependencies

• Fluency in AI-enabled tools for process optimization

• Exceptional communication and leadership skills
