IT Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager for a long‑term contract. The ideal candidate would have 8+ years experience in this field.

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand the business needs and create a project management plan that aligns with the strategic objectives
• Coordinate and organize all internal resources to ensure punctual delivery of finalized projects within scope and budget
• Develop, plan, and analyze the required resources and standards of the project
• Conduct team meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects
• Recommend IT strategies, policies, and procedures by identifying problems, evaluating trends, and anticipating requirements
• Assign and oversee the daily tasks of team members while ensuring all subordinates are actively working towards established milestones
• Monitor all phases of the project, expenditures, and implementing change where necessary
• Provide detailed root analysis on deployment actions, successful or un‑successful, as required

• Must have 8+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager in a software development environment
• Must have a strong technical background in end‑to‑end software projects with strong SDLC methodologies experience
• Knowledge and experience in Agile Processes and procedures (including SAFe framework, metrics, and in the implementation of Agile Release Train)
• Background in information technology management
• Certified SAFe Program Consultant, Certified SAFe Scrum Master (Scaled Agile) or SAFe Release Train Engineer considered an asset
• Experience with Web Services, API, and Data Modelling
• Experience managing in a telecom or software IT industry is considered a strong asset
• Excellent time management and organizational skills, and experience providing guidance in these areas for others
• Strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision‑making and supervising teams
• Experience working in a high‑level fast paced IT environment and promoting a teamwork mentality
