Position: Ciena Supply Chain Program Manager
Lead impactful digital transformations at Ciena as a Supply Chain Program Manager. Oversee complex projects that enhance agility, scalability, and execution predictability in a cutting-edge technology environment.
This role entails orchestrating a portfolio of initiatives geared towards process and workflow improvement. You will report directly to the Director of Supply Chain Process & Digital Transformation, managing dependencies and providing clarity in cross-functional programs. Your expertise will drive measurable business outcomes and foster integrated program planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Orchestrate key initiatives aligned with Supply Chain transformation roadmap

• Establish integrated program plans across multiple work streams

• Manage dependencies in process design and technology delivery

• Provide visibility into program progress and risks

• Track value realization linking delivery to operational outcomes
Requirements:

• 5–8+ years in program or project management

• Experience in process or digital transformation

• Strong planning and risk mitigation skills

• Excellent stakeholder engagement abilities

• Bachelor's degree in related field
