• Establish comprehensive information security strategies
• Identify and mitigate potential cybersecurity risks
• Collaborate with senior leaders and external partners
• Monitor the threat landscape for evolving challenges
• Ensure security is integral to all institutional projects

• 10+ years of experience in IT security leadership
• Degree in a related IT discipline required
• Certifications like CISSP, CISM advantageous
• Familiarity with compliance and regulatory standards (SOX, HIPAA)
• Bilingual communication skills in both French and English
