CISO Position at University

As CISO, you will establish comprehensive information security strategies and align them with university objectives. Engage with senior leaders and external partners to effectively manage cybersecurity risks. Regularly monitor the threat landscape and integrate security protocols into all institutional projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Establish robust information security strategies aligned with institutional goals
• Identify and mitigate potential cybersecurity risks proactively
• Collaborate effectively with senior leaders and external stakeholders
• Monitor emerging threats and adapt strategies accordingly
• Ensure security practices are integral to every institutional project
Requirements:
• 10+ years experience in IT security leadership required
• Degree in a relevant IT discipline is necessary
• Preferred certifications include CISSP and CISM
• Familiarity with compliance standards like SOX and HIPAA
• Bilingual in French and English essential
