As the Director of Systems Operations, you will integrate and oversee critical functions across architecture, vendor management, and program execution. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead vendor engagement and management strategies across Sys Ops
• Ensure functional alignment across all Sys Ops domains
• Provide oversight for architecture alignment across various systems
• Standardize the Product Owner function for consistent backlog management
• Track progress and risk across vendor and internal deliverables
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering or Computer Science
• 15+ years in OSS/BSS/NMS or large-scale software
• 10 years in progressive leadership roles
• Experience in cross-functional systems integration
• Proven track record in program governance and delivery oversight
