Our client is seeking an experienced SAP Success Factors Consultant to provide post‑implementation and stabilization support for an ongoing SAP Success Factors deployment scheduled to go live in early July. This role will support business users, troubleshoot issues, assist with process optimization, and help ensure a smooth transition into operational support across key Success Factors modules.
The ideal candidate will bring hands‑on experience supporting SAP Success Factors environments, strong functional knowledge, and the ability to work closely with both business and technical stakeholders in a fast‑paced public sector environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide day‑to‑day support for SAP Success Factors following go‑live
- Support and troubleshoot issues across Success Factors modules including:
- Employee Central (EC)
- Learning Management System (LMS)
- Onboarding
- Assist business users with system functionality, issue resolution, and process guidance
- Collaborate with project teams, stakeholders, and vendors to support stabilization activities
- Support configuration reviews, testing activities, and defect resolution where required
- Assist with knowledge transfer, documentation, and user support activities
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization
- Support ongoing enhancement and continuous improvement initiatives
- 5+ years of SAP Success Factors experience
- Strong hands‑on functional experience with:
- Employee Central (EC)
- LMS
- Onboarding
- Experience supporting SAP Success Factors implementations and/or post‑go‑live stabilization
- Strong stakeholder communication and problem‑solving skills
- Experience working in public sector or large enterprise environments is considered an asset
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across functional and technical teams
- SAP Success Factors certifications
- Experience supporting municipal or government organizations
- Exposure to integrations and downstream HR processes
- Bilingualism (English/French) considered an asset
