• Administer Laserfiche and manage user permissions
• Mentor team members and support technical challenges
Requirements:
• Advanced knowledge of SharePoint and Power BI
• Experience with XML, .NET, SQL, or C# development
• Proficient in Document and Records Management
• Understanding of PMBOK and ITIL is a plus
• Strong documentation and training preparation skills
