In this dynamic leadership position, you will oversee Salesforce system performance, design CRM processes, and coach users on best practices. Your expertise will drive system improvements and bolster team training initiatives, ensuring the delivery of superior customer support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee Salesforce system performance and troubleshooting
• Design and approve CRM processes throughout development
• Coach users and stakeholders on best practices
• Develop and maintain comprehensive reference documentation
• Manage team training and skill enhancement initiatives
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar
• 3+ years in a leadership role
• Minimum 5 years of CRM experience, especially Salesforce
• Expertise in configuring Salesforce systems
• Familiarity with ITIL and change management
