Overview
Lead IT infrastructure improvements as a bilingual Senior Specialist, Systems Administrator. This hybrid role focuses on delivering high-performance enterprise services across diverse environments. Joining the Infrastructure and Operations Team, you will engage in hands-on technical management of systems, driving both improvement and security initiatives. Your expertise will be key in resolving complex incidents and supporting transformational projects, maximizing the efficiency and reliability of IT infrastructure.
Responsibilities- Oversee the administration of IT infrastructure platforms
- Analyze infrastructure performance and optimize operational capacity
- Facilitate complex incident investigations seamlessly
- Drive modernization and migration initiatives
- Ensure infrastructural security compliance and practices
- Bachelor’s in Information Technology or similar field
- 7+ years’ experience in enterprise systems
- Deep knowledge in networking, storage, and database platforms
- Proven experience in hybrid and cloud models
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English is essential
