Transform online revenue as a CRO & Email Growth Manager. Leverage data to optimize conversion rates and email programs at scale while managing millions of active subscribers.
In this leadership role, you will drive site-wide optimization focusing on conversion, AOV, and revenue per session. Your expertise in managing large-scale email campaigns and delivering measurable impact will be essential. You will also build and maintain email automation strategies while ensuring deliverability and maximizing customer lifetime value.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own site-wide conversion rate, AOV, and revenue metrics
• Develop and manage A/B testing across key pages
• Create and execute landing page strategies for campaigns
• Optimize upsell, cross-sell, and subscription flows
• Improve user experience in checkout and cart processes
Requirements:
• 5+ years in CRO and email marketing
• Managed email programs with 1M+ subscribers
• Demonstrated impact through specific A/B test results
• Proficiency in Klaviyo and A/B testing platforms
• Strong analytical skills and understanding of DTC economics
