As the Journey Lead for Data Integration, you'll leverage over seven years of experience in digital experience and customer success to enhance user adoption, retention, and growth. This hybrid role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to operationalize journeys and ensure they align with business outcomes while focusing on product engagement and technical health.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define key Moments of Truth for customer engagement
• Identify customer signals indicating progress and risk
• Track and analyze customer journeys for improvement opportunities
• Build agentic journeys for automated signal responses
• Partner with teams to execute journey priorities effectively
Requirements:
• Over 7 years in a related digital experience role
• Deep knowledge of Qlik Talend Cloud and data integration tools
• Experience in journey mapping and customer experience design
• Proven leadership in cross-functional project alignment
• Strong analytical skills for data interpretation
