Experienced Service Design Lead at PLATO

As a Service Design Lead, you will drive end-to-end design processes, ensuring the future-state experiences of investigators are robust and well-articulated. Collaborate with technology and Agile teams while leveraging your expertise in service design methods to translate complex needs into effective solutions during your contract from June to December 2026.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead service design across the full investigation lifecycle
• Define user journeys and operating models for diverse stakeholders
• Collaborate with product planning for user-centered design
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops for process alignment
• Drive continuous improvement in post-go-live phases
Requirements:
• Extensive experience in large-scale service design
• Deep understanding of journey mapping and co-design techniques
• Ability to work collaboratively in Agile delivery environments
• Government of Canada Reliability Clearance mandatory
• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills
