CSIS Co-op in Information Analysis

CSIS is seeking students for a co-op or internship placement from September to December 2027. This term provides an opportunity to develop teamwork and project management skills in a collaborative environment. Students will receive guidance from experienced professionals while exploring multiple specializations, preparing for potential full-time roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct research and analyze received datasets

• Prepare documentation and coordinate submissions

• Draft reports and present findings to stakeholders

• Create a repository of publications and evaluate databases

• Develop recommendations for data governance challenges
Requirements:

• Full-time student in 3rd year or higher

• Background in Political Science, Data Science, or related fields

• Experience in research or data analytics preferred

• Familiarity with collaboration tools and productivity software

• Ability to obtain Enhanced Top Secret security clearance
