As a key member of the CIHI team, the Senior Analyst plays a crucial role in managing Canada’s health data, ensuring high-quality outputs for internal and external stakeholders. Your responsibilities will encompass developing methodologies, maintaining data standards, and contributing to comprehensive analytical products. You'll also engage in client support, data quality assessment, and collaboration on special projects, enhancing the healthcare landscape in Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee CIHI data to ensure deliverables are accurate

• Conduct in-depth data analysis and statistical coding

• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for varied audiences

• Perform literature reviews to support reporting needs

• Provide timely responses to client inquiries

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree in a related field

• 3-5 years experience with large datasets

• Proficient in Python, R, or similar tools

• Strong communication and project management skills

• Knowledge of the healthcare system and data visualization
