Join a dynamic team as a Dispatch AV/IT Technician, providing essential support for audiovisual systems and desktop troubleshooting. This onsite role includes managing meeting room devices and network checks to ensure seamless operations.
As an L1 + AV Technician, you will deliver onsite assistance with desktops, AV systems, and network infrastructure. With 2-4 years of experience in IT and AV support, you'll perform troubleshooting and coordinate with vendors.
Your role is crucial for maintaining the operational readiness of conference rooms and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform desktop and notebook troubleshooting tasks
• Manage loaner devices using customer-provided systems
• Provide L1 AV support in meeting rooms
• Assist with conference room account management
• Conduct basic printer troubleshooting and maintenance
Requirements:
• 2-4 years of IT and AV support experience
• Hands-on troubleshooting skills for devices
• Basic network fundamentals knowledge
• Familiarity with conferencing platforms
• Strong communication and customer service skills
