In this role, you'll provide both onsite and remote technical support, administering a variety of systems, including Windows and Linux servers, while liaising with our external and internal customer bases. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting systems, maintaining IT infrastructure, and complying with corporate policies. Expect to interact frequently with both vendors and service providers.

Requirements:
