You will play a crucial role within the Archives and Special Collections, supporting the development of workflows and overseeing digital preservation. Candidates should hold a graduate degree in Archival Studies and have at least three years of archival experience, particularly with born-digital materials.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and document practices for born-digital materials
• Oversee daily operations of digital preservation systems
• Assist users with reference and research inquiries
• Foster relationships with donors of digital content
• Implement effective processing and description of archives
Requirements:
• Graduate degree in Archival Studies or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years in archival environments
• Familiarity with archival descriptive standards
• Experience with digital preservation software
• Bilingual in French and English with strong presentation skills
