Overview

PMO Lead

Responsibilities

Lead overall PMO engagement and act as primary point of contact
Establish and drive project governance and PMO frameworks
Oversee project controls, reporting, and performance tracking
Manage stakeholder communication, executive reporting, and escalations
Ensure quality assurance and compliance with PMO standards
Define and implement project methodologies, templates, and best practices
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization
Provide coaching and knowledge transfer to client teams
Support delivery of key outputs such as:

PMO Mobilization Plan
Project Controls Framework
Reporting dashboards and executive summaries

Required Qualifications

10-15+ years of experience in PMO / Project Controls / Program Management
Strong experience in governance frameworks and enterprise PMO setups
Proven track record in stakeholder management and executive reporting
Experience in Real Estate / Facilities / Infrastructure programs (preferred)
PMP / PgMP / PRINCE2 or equivalent certification (preferred)
