Lead Implementation as Product Delivery Manager

Cap Intel is hiring a Product Delivery Manager to spearhead client onboarding and improve platform performance. In this role, you will facilitate communication between clients and teams to enhance user satisfaction and experience.
As a Product Delivery Manager, you'll be responsible for managing client onboarding projects, working directly under the Director of Solutions Architecture.

Your role will involve gathering client requirements, overseeing the entire onboarding cycle, and contributing to platform enhancements based on client feedback. Your experience in wealth management and project management will be key as you navigate the complexities of implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead onboarding projects tailored to client requirements

• Manage implementation lifecycle with team collaboration

• Serve as primary point of contact for client communications

• Control project scope and ensure integrations are successful

• Collaborate with teams to identify UX/UI improvements
