Bilingual Specialist in Microsoft 365

This opportunity within the Infrastructure and Operations team focuses on leveraging your extensive knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications. You'll ensure secure and effective end-user solutions while collaborating with Cyber Security and IT teams. Your strong analytical skills will aid in problem-solving and documentation, contributing to an optimized user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer Microsoft 365 platforms and services

• Implement governance and site management strategies

• Manage permissions and access for collaboration spaces

• Monitor service health and communicate updates

• Provide tier 2/3 operational support for issues
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Technology or equivalent experience

• At least 5 years in relevant computing roles

• Experience with Microsoft Intune and Azure Virtual Desktop

• Strong understanding of security and compliance

• Fluency in French and English for effective communication
