This on-site position entails critical responsibilities such as managing computer systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring seamless server operations. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Cybersecurity and IT, you will play a vital role in maintaining a high-performance IT infrastructure that meets the company’s needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the operation of network servers and systems

• Implement and support new server technologies

• Conduct data backup and recovery management

• Administer Active Directory, Office 365, and Azure duties

• Perform monitoring and documentation of daily operations

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education with three years’ experience

• Deep knowledge of Windows services and VMware

• Competence in desktop support and backup software

• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills

• Willingness to travel occasionally
