Experienced Systems Administrator

Position: Experienced Systems Administrator Needed
Become a vital part of our team as an Experienced Level 2 Systems Administrator, proficient in Windows technologies and client engagement. The role emphasizes client communication and high-performance support in demanding situations.
This position requires a comprehensive understanding of networking technologies, backed by a minimum of two years of relevant experience. You will manage system configurations, lead small projects, and resolve client issues effectively. Your ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical clients will be essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure computer systems and software applications

• Document client network environments carefully

• Support senior technicians on larger projects

• Administer user permissions and file configurations

• Troubleshoot and resolve Windows operating system issues
Requirements:

• 2-4 years of hands-on IT support experience

• Strong background in Windows OS and networking

• Understanding of Internet connectivity troubleshooting

• Familiarity with DHCP and DNS services

• Must possess a valid Full G Canadian driver’s license
