CMHC is seeking an experienced professional to enhance its Infrastructure and Operations team. This role allows you to utilize your in-depth knowledge of ITSM and incident management to continuously improve service quality. You will leverage enterprise monitoring tools while collaborating on data-driven recommendations to enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor service health across IT infrastructure and applications
• Identify and validate alerts for quick resolution of incidents
• Analyze service performance trends for operational insights
• Produce comprehensive reports for governance and control
• Support incident management with validated operational data
Requirements:
• At least 7 years in IT Operations or IT Service Management
• ITIL Foundation certification is mandatory
• Proven experience with Service Now and incident management
• Thorough understanding of IT monitoring concepts
• Excellent bilingual communication skills
