Elevate customer experiences as a Senior Platform Engineer with Hub Star, where you’ll tackle technical challenges in cloud hosting and integrations, primarily remote within Canada.
At Hub Star, you will engage with customers directly and support platform operations and software delivery. This senior role combines troubleshooting, technical consulting, and customer support across a broad technology stack including Microsoft 365 and SQL. Your expertise will ensure platform reliability and customer satisfaction through active participation in incident management and solution delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own customer issues from investigation to resolution
• Support and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 and Exchange integrations
• Debug front-end, back-end, and database issues
• Monitor and maintain production environments
• Work alongside Engineering teams for product changes
Requirements:
• Strong experience in SaaS or cloud-hosted environments
• Proficiency in SQL troubleshooting and performance analysis
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Graph API
• Ability to communicate clearly with customer IT teams
• Independent problem solver driven to achieve results
