Position: Site Reliability Engineer at Kinaxis
Become a Site Reliability Engineer at Kinaxis, a leader in supply chain orchestration. This hybrid role in Ottawa or Toronto focuses on the operation and monitoring of cloud infrastructure while enhancing automation capabilities.

Kinaxis is seeking a skilled Site Reliability Engineer to deliver robust production systems that meet SLA targets and support large-scale workloads. You will leverage your experience in managing public clouds, infrastructure-as-code, and scripting languages to enhance productivity and reliability. Collaborating closely with various teams, you'll tackle complex operational challenges and contribute to the continuous improvement of the platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain production systems meeting SLA targets

• Develop automation across Azure, GCP, and datacenters

• Manage deployment lifecycle and incident triage

• Participate in on-call rotation for incident resolution

• Provide mentorship to fellow engineers

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering or equivalent

• 5+ years managing production systems in cloud platforms

• Proficiency with Ansible, Terraform, and Git Hub Actions

• Experience in Python, Power Shell, and Bash scripting

• Knowledge of Kubernetes and Helm
