NAV Hybrid Systems Administrator

In this pivotal role, you will leverage over three years of experience managing identity and access solutions while supporting the M365 platform. Your collaboration with cross-functional teams will ensure seamless troubleshooting and system enhancements. You'll also be integral in planning and implementing IT infrastructure strategies that benefit NAV CANADA.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer Active Directory and enterprise communication services
• Support cloud solutions including M365 and MS Teams
• Provide 2nd and 3rd level IT support for system incidents
• Design and implement system configurations and enhancements
• Utilize Power Shell to automate operational tasks and reporting
Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in information systems or related area
• Minimum 3 years in enterprise-level systems management
• Experience with MS Entra Active Directory operations
• Knowledge of ITIL and structured change control processes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
