This 18-month temporary position offers an opportunity to make an impact at the CHEO Research Institute. You will drive project planning, manage stakeholder engagement, and implement change management strategies for a new enterprise research system. This role requires proven experience in complex system implementations, particularly in research or healthcare environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily management of the project implementation

• Track dependencies, milestones, and risks

• Collaborate with stakeholders for effective resource engagement

• Provide status reports to leadership and committees

• Support system adoption through training and change management

Requirements:

• Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)

• At least five years of experience in project management

• Proven track record of managing multi-stakeholder projects

• Strong communication and facilitation skills

• Ability to balance multiple priorities in a complex environment
