Step into the role of IT Technical Support Specialist with JSI, where your expertise in cloud services and identity management plays a vital role. This position integrates service desk functions with operational ownership of user services.
As a member of JSI, you will ensure seamless user support while managing platforms for identity, cloud, and endpoint compliance. Your responsibilities include resolving complex service desk inquiries, administering Microsoft 365, and maintaining backup and recovery systems. Championing Zero Trust security principles, you'll work in close collaboration with other teams to enhance user service stability and security across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver service desk support for technical issues and escalate as needed
• Manage user access and identity security practices
• Support and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 and cloud services
• Oversee endpoint compliance and device management processes
• Design and test data recovery strategies for business continuity
Requirements:
• College diploma or equivalent IT experience
• 3-5 years in IT operations or service desk roles
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft tools and services
• Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and change management processes
• Capability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
